Shipping Policy — Tempo Enduro Club

Made to order
Every Tempo Enduro Club piece is printed specifically for you when you order — we don't hold stock. This means your order goes through a short production window before it ships.

Production time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipping. During busy periods (new drops, sales), this may extend slightly — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Total estimated delivery: approximately 5–8 business days from order to delivery, for most addresses.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves production.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, production and courier delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control (courier network issues, extreme weather, etc.). We'll keep you updated if your order is running behind.

Incorrect address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect an order once it's in production. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at goodtimes@tempoenduro.com with your order number — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we resolve this.
